The article sent to me to introduce this forum was about various personality tests. These have been around for years and and really display the lack of professionlism Human Resource departments have. They are virtually worthless as people interact differently in various situations. People who are being hired for professional medical positions all have enough knowledge to answer a standard psychological test apropriately...So what is the point?
